Wash Your Face
As you get older, it becomes more and more evident that you need to take care of your skin, especially the skin on your face. The most basic, easiest way to take of your skin is to make sure you wash it every day. You probably don’t realize how often you touch your face, among all the other things you touch throughout the day. Just imagine all the dirt and germs that are clogging up your pores! So, just give it a scrub down at the end of the day.
Count Your Blessings
If you start every day on a positive note by being grateful for waking up and everything that you have, your days will be happier! At the very least you are alive and breathing and well. Hopefully you have a roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to wear, and internet connection! Just remember, everything you have came from someone else, just be grateful.
Eat Fruits and Veggies
I’ll tell you what, eating an apple a day really makes me feel great. Try to get at least one serving of fruits or veggies. Getting whole, healthy, natural foods is so important to the longevity of your health!
Drink Plenty of Water
Drink as much water as you can take! Drink it first thing in the morning, with every meal, in between meals, and before, during, and after exercising as well! Water literally gives you life. Also, sometimes when you think you’re hungry you are actually just thirsty and it can get rid of those cravings.
Tell Someone You Love Them
Love is what life is all about! Spread the love. Tell someone, anyone that you love them. I promise it will make their day and your day better.
