This is the tastiest combo and a perfect smoothie for breakfast! It will keep you full for hours and will curb any sweet dessert craving.
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of chopped papaya
  • 1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Optional extras: maca powder, vitamin C powder, slippery elm powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well combined.
Then top with activated almonds, bee pollen, cinnamon, coconut and vanilla or drink as is. Enjoy!
*Note this smoothie is quite thick, so if you’d like a thinner consistency add in some more almond milk or a little bit of water.
